07. WKF Rules

7.1 Competitions ill be held according the Olympic system, with 2 third places.

7.2 Duration of single fight::

• age 7-9, 10-11 - 1 minute
• age 12-13 - 1.5 munite
• age 14-15, 16-17 - 2 minutes
• age +18 - WKF rules

7.3 Kata:

• age 7-9 - Heian (Pinan), Gekisai-dai. Possible to be repeated in a round. Final - another kata.
• age 10-11 - 1-2 round Heian (Pinan), Gekisai-dai. Further according to the WKF rules.
• age 12-13, 14-15, +16 - WKF rules
